
Lately I have been dragging- No motivation to do anything? I found this book on the internet to read! In this book it gives you a challenge to do each day for a week to help you feel good about your self! If your up for the challenge you are welcome to do it with me : )
Day 1 * Don't say or think anything bad about your self! IF you do then replace it with something good!
